אחר הצהריים אחד בתחילת החורף, אני עובד עדיין על סידור הריהוט בסדנא החדשה באורנים. הפאלפון מצלצל, ובצד השני של הקו מזדהה הילה. עשר דקות של שטף עובדות, פרטים ומילים, שאת כולם בסוף סיכמנו יחד בשיחה – הילה, אחותה ואחיה מקימים מסעדה אקולוגית טבעונית, ואין להם הרבה מושג מה זה אומר… בפנים אני מתלהב מהרעיון ומהאתגר, אבל מכיר את עצמי ויודע מה העומס הצפוי לי בחודשים הקרובים. כך שבאופן מלאכותי אני מסתייג מיכולתי להתפנות לעזרתם, ומציע פגישה ראשונית, אצלי בסדנא, כדי להבין יותר במה מדובר. מפת החשיבה שכאן למטה, היא סיכום ראיון הבזק הראשוני מאותה הפגישה אצלי בסדנא.

תרגיל פונקציות וניתוח מרכיבים, פגישה אחרונה, 20.3.2013

תוצרים חלקיים של המפגש האחרון. התחושה היא שהתהליך נגדע בעיבו, כמו שחשבתי שיקרה, כיוון שארבע מפגשים של 3 שעות בקושי רב מצליחים להכיל את הרעיונותף בטח ובטח שלא להגיע לתכנון מושלם. המקום בו הכשלון הורגש הכי הרבה הוא בכך שבתהליך הזריז כמו שהוא היה, מעט מאוד הגיע לכדי יישום ולו מהסיבה שלא היו להם ברירות והם היו כבר בתוך השיפוצים. היה הרבה כיבוי שריפות.

סיכום ביניים, 2.4.2013

לאחר ארבע פגישות, לפי התכנון, הגענו לפגרה. פגרה שתאפשר לזכאים להתאפס על המסעדה, ולי להפחית מעט מהעומס האישי. המטרה הייתה להפגש שוב בעוד כמה חודשים ולראות איך מקדמים את מה שנשאר תלוי (וזה הרבה). בפועל, לא הצלחנו להפגש עד היום (סוף 2014). אינשאללה, עוד יקרה.
