הרעיון לתכנן אתרי אינטרנט כאילו היו אתרי פרמקלצ'ר עלה בעקבות התנסות מעניינת בתכנון אתר ארגון הפרמקלצ'ר שעשיתי יחד עם ברק בן-חנן (עמיתי לקבוצת הדיפלומה). בעקבות צורך שעלה בארגון הפרמקלצ'ר הישראלי, החלטנו לנסות ולתכנן את האתר עצמו כמערכת פרמקלצ'ר, מה שהביא אותנו אל הקצה עם האנלוגיות עם מערכות פרמקלצ'ר קלאסיות. לאחר משימה לא פשוטה אך עם תוצאה מעניינת, המשכתי לחקור את הנושא תוך כדי שאני מתכנן אתרים נוספים בכלי הפרמקלצ'ר, ויותר חשוב מזה – מתכנן את הכלים עצמם בהם אפשר להמשיך ולתכנן אתרים בכלל. הפיתוח אמנם נשאר אותו הדבר (כתיבת קוד אל תוך הלילה, ורפרוש אינסופי של ארבעה דפדפנים שונים) אבל החשיבה שמאחור בהחלט שונה. הבה נתחילה.

במפתח החשיבה הראשונה, התחלנו בהתבוננות ראשונית ברעיון.

כשלאחריה, המשכנו להעמיק את התכנון באיסוף מידע, עדיין רק אנחנו, מתבוננים במשימה שלקחנו על עצמנו.

החיבור בין אתרי האינטרנט לכלי הפרמקלצ'ר מעלים בי ספקות. מנסה לפשר. נותן לעצמי משימות לנסות לשחק עם הכלים קצת, ולשחרר את ההצמדות לכלים המוכרים. לאחר סקיצות של דדי על בסיס האפיון הכללי שהתחלנו איתו, אנחנו מציגים את המצגת לועד המנהל של ארגון הפרמקלצ'ר, ובגדול הם מאשרים את המהלך (לא שהיה להם איזו אופציה טובה יותר…) – קובץ המצגת, כאן.

פיתוח קונספט מפורט, אוגוסט 2011

אנחנו מסיימים את פיתוח הקונספט, ומעבדים אותו לאפיון אתר קלאסי להבאה לאישור לקראת התחלת עבודה.

ליישם ויסות עצמי ולקבל משוב

ביקשתי משוב מניר, כשמקביל שלחתי לו את הסיכום אודות תכנון המערכת כמו שאני רואה אותה. להלן המשוב שניר שלח לי (על טופס שאני יצרתי) והסיכום שאני שלחתי לו.

בעקבות הפיילוט עם ניר, יצרתי את קובץ האפיון הזה שמראש מסביר ללקוח ומתאם ציפיות אודות איך אתר אינטרנט  (שקראתי לו מערכת פרמנ(נ)ט, כמשחק מילים בין פרמקלצ'ר-ורשת) שמתוכנן בכלי הפרמקלצ'ר שונה מבדרך כלל. בכל מקום, ההצלחה שחוויתי בפיילוט עם ניר הייתה הצלחה בודדת, רוב הלקוחות שהיו לי אחרי ניר לא באמת ציפו לשלם על תכנון, וכמובן – אותה הבעיה בעולם הפרמקלצ'ר הפיזי…

האתר באוויר אך המודל הכלכלי מתגלה כלא ישים. מפת חשיבה לראיה. בנתיים הוחלט שלא להחליט, והאתר יושב כבר שנתיים בלי תחזוקה… חבל.

פיתוח אתר אינטרנט בכלי הפרמקלצ'ר, נובמבר 2012-פברואר 2013

כתוצאה מהניסיון המעניין בעבודה על אתר האינרנט של ארגון הפרמקלצ'ר הישראלי, ומכיוון שניר פנה אלי כאיש מקצוע בתחום האינטרנט, הצעתי לו להכנס לפיילוט שבו אתכנן את אתר האינטרנט שלו בכלי הפרמקלצ'ר. והוא הסכים. התהליך ארח כ4 חודשים. להלן כל תהליך התכנון של האתר של ניר.
